It should be some time before the show, which means in the next 3 weeks!

Possible ideas:

  • Curry (or other regionally-themed cuisine)
  • Quasar (Laser Quest)
  • Bowling
  • Pub

Set Building http://forum.gsyork.co.uk/discussion/10/set-building Mon, 05 Jan 2009 12:19:41 -0500 Mike 10@/discussions Happy new year y'all!

I had a brief look in B&Q at Clifton Moor last week, and they have stacks of the larger timber we need for the bridge. It's called 'CBS Timber', don't know what that means, and costs £1.98 per 8' length. It was all stacked up at the end of the aisle. Even if we don't get it from there, it'll give us an idea of what to ask for from a timber merchant and how much it should cost.

Bill, when does set building start up again? This Saturday or next week?

Busking for Mikado on Sunday 14th Dec http://forum.gsyork.co.uk/discussion/9/busking-for-mikado-on-sunday-14th-dec Tue, 02 Dec 2008 16:24:46 -0500 Mike 9@/discussions Is there a suitable event for the busking, and have people been told?

For those not on committee, we're trying to hype up the show by busking on Sunday 14th December: 2-4pm in King's Square

Will we have any costumes sorted? - I think it will be too cold, maybe we can use costumes if we busk again/flyer in February. Not that it will be any warmer...

The Ultimate G&S Pudding http://forum.gsyork.co.uk/discussion/3/the-ultimate-gs-pudding Tue, 22 Jan 2008 01:01:28 -0500 Mike 3@/discussions In anticipation of the forthcoming G&S Pudding Social on Thursday, here's a question:

What is the ultimate G&S pudding? I'm sure there's something from Sorcerer. Perhaps those more knowledgable can illuminate us?

Willow Play List http://forum.gsyork.co.uk/discussion/2/willow-play-list Wed, 24 Oct 2007 00:34:44 -0400 Mike 2@/discussions This discussion is to calculate the optimum playlist for our next trip to the willow.

Please suggest one song per comment, in the format:

Title by Artist

If you don't know the artist, leave it out (although it should be easy to find out with the power of teh interweb).

You can format it as above by selecting 'Markdown' from the 'Format comments as' option, and putting a hash (#) at the beginning of the line you want to be enlarged.

Each comment can then be voted on, to decide the ultimate playlist!!
